PHEASANT HUNTS

Northeast Kansas has some of the best pheasant hunting habitat in the country. 

We offer challenging bird hunts in our CRP native grass terrian.

Our hunts are semi-guided and if you have your own hunting dogs you're welcome to bring them.

COYOTE HUNTING

     You can help Washington and Marshall Counties control our predators by scheduling a 

          Kansas coyote hunting trip.               There' s nothing quite as exciting as calling in a coyote.

       You will need a general license for Kansas Coyote hunting.

        Kansas does not regulate coyote hunting other  than the required basic hunting license.

       An unguided Hunt starts at $130 a day(this includes lodging for one day).

Turkey Seasons

2011 SPRING TURKEY:

• Regular (firearm/archery): April 13 - May 31, 2011
• Archery-Only : April 1 - 12, 2011
• Youth/Disabled : April 1 - 12, 2011
• Shooting Hours: One-half hour before sunrise to sunset.
• Legal Equipment: long, recurve or compound bows and shotguns and muzzleloading shotguns 20 gauge or larger using shot sizes 2 through 9. Crossbows are legal during April 14-May 31 season only.
• Limit: Any individual who has purchased a spring turkey permit is eligible for one second turkey game tag. Spring game tags are valid for Units 2 and 3 ONLY.

2011 FALL TURKEY:

• Archery/Shotgun : Oct. 1 - Nov.30, Dec. 13 - Dec. 31, 2010 and Jan. 10 - Jan. 31, 2011
• Fall Turkey Permits in Units 1, 2, and 3 and game tags for Unit 2 may be purchased over the counter at any license vendor from July 19 through Jan. 30, 2011.
• No permits authorized in Unit 4.
• Shooting Hours: One-half hour before sunrise to sunset.
• Legal Equipment: Shotguns 20 gauge or larger using shot sizes 2-9; long, recurve or compound bows.
• Limit: Each hunter may obtain no more than one turkey permit and three turkey game tags. Residents and nonresidents who purchase a turkey permit may also purchase as many as three turkey game tags valid in Unit 2 only. Fall turkey permits and game tags are valid for both male and female turkeys.

Our turkey hunts are 3 day semi-guided hunts, upon arrival I will provide you with aerial photos of our properties and road maps of our entire area.  I will also give you a tour of our properties giving you information on roosting sites, strutting zones and other pertinent information.  You will be the only ones hunting on the properties.

 We offer semi-guided KANSAS WHITETAIL HUNTING with a great population of Trophy Bucks available. Our deer hunts are 5 day semi-guided hunts, upon arrival I will provide you with aerial photos of our properties and road maps of our entire area.  I will also give you a tour of our properties giving you information on bedding areas, feeding zones and other pertinent information.  We have tree stands possisioned near several of our maintained food plots consisting of clover and turnips.  You will be the only ones hunting on the properties. We also have customized hunts if want to change the amount of days, etc.  Call for these prices and arrangements.

 Kansas Whitetail Deer hunting permits: Drawing deadline is April 30,2011. Names will be released in July, 2011.
